Work starts wheneverypermit, person, gas test and clash checkchecks out.
Validuty puts the permit, the crew and the site in one record that operators, vendors and workers share. When everything is valid, the gate lifts. When it isn't, it says exactly why.

When someone asks for proof, it's already there.
The record that runs the job is the record you report from. Nothing is retyped for the regulator.
Reports on the regulator's own form
Spills and accidents are filled into the official forms from the record, with the deadline counting from the moment they're logged. Packs cover Nigeria's NOSDRA and NSITF forms and US OSHA logs, and your team can map any other form in the report template editor.
A trail nobody can quietly edit
Every approval, override and sign-off is written to a hash-chained audit trail. A changed entry breaks the chain, so tampering shows.
The numbers your board asks for
Process safety events tiered the API RP 754 way, and hours, injuries and spills mapped to GRI and ESRS, each figure linked to the records behind it.

No signal? It still knows who's safe.
Check in, sign on, report an incident by voice or mark yourself safe at muster. Everything saves on the phone and syncs the moment there's signal. Big targets for gloves, high contrast for sunlight.

Questions people ask
What is Validuty?
Validuty is permit-to-work and contractor safety software for oil and gas, energy and construction sites. Operators, their vendors and field workers share one record of permits, people and site checks, and work starts only when every check passes. It covers permits to work, SIMOPS, isolations, gas tests, vendor prequalification, worker certificates, muster and incident reporting.
Who is Validuty for?
Operators who run sites, such as HSE managers, area authorities and control rooms; the vendors and subcontractors they hire; and the field workers who do the job. Each person sees only what their role needs.
How does Validuty stop unsafe work from starting?
A permit can't go live until its checks pass: the crew's certificates and inductions, a recent passing gas test, approval from the named authorities, and SIMOPS rules against other work nearby. When something blocks it, the screen says what, why and how to fix it.
Does Validuty work without a phone signal?
Yes. The Android field app saves check-ins, sign-ons, incident reports and muster marks on the phone and sends them when signal returns, so a gate or a deck with no coverage is not a problem.
Do vendors and contractors pay to use Validuty?
No. Vendors and their workers pay nothing to work on an operator's sites, however many operators they work for.
Which regulators can Validuty report to?
In Nigeria, NOSDRA oil spill notifications (Form A) and NSITF accident notifications are filled in from the record on the official forms, and their deadlines are tracked from the moment the event is logged. In the US, OSHA Forms 300 and 300A. Any other regulator's form can be mapped in the report template editor, and a second person approves it before it is used.
Does Validuty use AI?
Yes, as an assistant. It drafts JSAs, toolbox talks and incident narratives from your own records and suggests answers in a report. A person accepts every suggestion before it counts, and your admin can switch these features off.
How is our data kept apart from other companies?
Each organization's records are separated inside the database itself, not only by the application, so one company's request cannot return another's records. Every change is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and sign-in supports multi-factor authentication.
Which languages does the field app support?
English is supported. More languages coming soon.
How do we get started?
Book a demo and we'll walk through your own permits and your own vendors, then agree how you'd start. If an operator has invited your company, open the link in their email.
