Joining as a vendor

Vendors and contractors join Validuty when an operator who hires them sends an invitation. It costs your company nothing to work on an operator’s sites, however many operators you work for.

Accept the invitation

The email comes from the operator and names the site and the work.

• New to Validuty? Open the link. It creates your company’s account for the address the email was sent to, and we email you to set a password.
• Already on Validuty for another operator? Sign in, then open the link and accept. It joins the operator to the company you already have; one company works for every operator.

The link is for the invited address only and works for 14 days. If it has run out, ask the operator to send the invitation again.

Work through the checklist

Once you accept, the operator’s page opens on an onboarding checklist that shows how far you’ve got. It lists:

• your company profile,
• the operator’s prequalification, which you fill in and they approve,
• every rule the operator holds you to, each with what’s missing and where to fix it.

The operator sees the same list. It disappears once everything is done.

Get your crew ready

Add your people and their certificates. Each worker gets a site pass and the field app. The certificates you add are kept once and shared with every operator you work for.

Bring your subcontractors

Invite subcontractors from Validuty the same way the operator invited you. They work under your company and are held to the same rules.
